  Not a good experience for our family when we were visiting the Gold Coast. The pharmacist was not very helpful, the cost of some over the counter medicines for the kids was about $8 per item more expensive than what I would normally pay. I asked if she would price match, she looked up on her computer and came back and said no as it cost her x amount. One of the staff was just next to the front door smoking. I'm a smoker myself but really??? Couldn't she walk down the street a bit??? You are the closest pharmacy to the medical centre but there is a pharmacy a few doors down at Cavill avenue and that's where we should have went. As a customer I don't need to told what stock costs you. You are the only pharmacy between Broadbeach and Cavill Avenue on the main drag, so you really should clean up and have a better laid out store and better variety of things. And you should carry NDSS products.
