  Our Balloon Down Under experience was absolutely fantastic. We were impressed with the professionalism and friendly approach of the team, including Tony, Clint and Tim. It confirmed to us that we had made the right decision to fly with Balloon Down Under.
  
  As we were researching the best team to go with, there were three things that you had at Balloon Down Under, that helped us to make the decision to go with you:
  
  1. You offered the Tea/Coffee and Biscuits before the Balloon Flight – we weren’t sure if we would have time to have a cuppa before we left our accommodation
  2. You offered the cap/photos/certificate included in the package
  3. When talking to you on the telephone you were courteous, friendly, confident and extremely professional, which made me feel that you would provide a fabulous yet safe experience.
  
  Thanks everyone for making our morning such a special day, and and even more special birthday celebration for Trudy.

  Took the family Hot Air Ballooning with
  Hot Air Balloon Down Under on the Gold Coast this week, due to it being the most affordable destination in Australia and we have always wanted to experience this form of flight.
  The crew were so friendly and the flight was very scenic! We saw both Gold Coast and Hinterland views and we were up in the air on Sunrise. What a sight to see!! The best part was the location, close to our hotel and we were back in time for Whale Watching at 9.00am. We looked at a couple of companies, this was the closest flight to fit in with our other plans. Very pleased, thanks again team!
