  What an awful experience! I've been to many hard rock cafes in different countries, as well as Australia, and I have never encountered such unhelpful rude staff. Service was disgusting. We had to yell out for several minutes before the waitress even acknowledged us.. when she finally noticed us she walked over rolling her eyes and even scoffed at us when we asked dinner was still being served (it was 9pm and we were rudely told no) she then walks away without even asking us if we would still like a table for drinks/cocktails! I couldn't believe it! We walked in and seated ourselves. So unprofessional. Bar staff were just as rude. Atmosphere was bland, cocktails were awful. Only positive thing was the man working downstairs at the rock shop. Step up your service and attitudes guys, you gave the hard rock franchise a bad name last night. Never again!

  Impeccable service. Our 1 yr old son was a handful the night we went. Our waiter was amazing in every way, gave us room when we needed it, & came to check on us when we needed it. Even gave us the cheque and helped us pay as we were running out the door with an overtired child. The food was amazing!!! I wish we still had one in Melbourne - can't wait to come back the next time we're in GC.
